Job Description
We are very excited to announce that we are looking for 3x Analyst to join our IQVIA’s Real-World Solutions Team from January 2021. This role will see you have the opportunity to apply every aspect of your experience and qualifications together with a team of technically-proficient and high-performing professionals located within IQVIA. As an Analyst with IQVIA’s Real-World Solutions Team, you will be responsible for actively participating in the development and delivery of projects by:
- Contributing to internal brainstorming sessions to develop project methodology and recommendations
- Conducting independent research to a specific brief using internal and external sources
- Taking responsibility for running regular reports and liaising with clients about any questions or updates with these reports
- Performing quantitative and qualitative analyses to aid development of recommendations; exercise informed business judgment in identifying the approach to the question
- Contributing to the preparation, execution and follow up of client workshops
- Completing data extractions and taking responsibility for creating sections of reports, presentations and other client deliverables, under supervision
- Contributing to the build and regular update of client dashboards (MicroStrategy)
- Presenting to client audiences via teleconference or in face-to-face meetings
- Providing analytical support to Consultants, Senior Consultants and Associate Principals
- Proactively developing knowledge of the healthcare industry and analytical methodologies
Job Requirement
- Ideally between 2-3 years professional experience with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Data Science, IT, Mathematics/Statistics etc.)
- Foundational technical skills are essential, and developed SQL skills specifically would be advantageous
- Strong analysis skills and previous experience using Microsoft software tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access)
- Experience with dashboard development (e.g. MicroStrategy) would be advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills and an ability to build credibility with external and internal contacts
- Good commercial awareness/business judgement and an interest in the healthcare industry (experience in pharmacy or the pharmaceutical industry would be an advantage)
