BHP Minerals 2021 Intern Campaign

Our Intern programs are designed to embrace creative ideas and new ambitious voices and connect them to a world of opportunity.   

This is the time to apply all you have learnt in real life situations and use your initiative to seek out projects to showcase your capability. Do well as an intern and you can be invited back for a graduate role, or another intern position if you are still studying. 

We look for students with a range of degrees that include (but not limited) to:

• Technology: Data Science, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Maths & Stastistics
• Business:  Finance, Commerce, Accounting
• Engineering: Mining, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Mine Geotechnical, Civil, Metallurgy / Minerals Processing, Chemical, Construction, Environmental
• Health Science: Safety, Health, Occupational Hygiene, Medical Radiation, Toxicology
• Science: Earth Science / Geology (Honours / Masters), Hydrogeology, Environmental, Physics, Chemistry, Spatial Science (Surveying)

To join us as an Intern, we will be considering students from second through to penultimate year and you will need to be available to start in November 2021 working with us for 10-12 weeks.
