Business Analyst Intern

• Evaluating iShare services, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Performing marketing analysis and reports to stackholders or clients.
• Deliver techical business requirements to software and application developers that get the requirements implemented.
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
• Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
• Determine and document user requirements for business processes and abide by those requirements for future projects
• Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.

Key skills, knowledge and qualifications preferred:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in related field.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Advanced Excel, SQL, PowerBI, Python, R, Tableau skills
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
