- Based in East Malvern however working at home during COVID, this full time position is ideally suited to someone who is looking for an autonomous role.
- Reporting to the Happy Living Manager, the position is responsible for looking after Self-Managed consumers both new and existing.
- You will be providing information about their package and helping them to source services to remain living independently in their own home. This position has a strong administration focus and requires an individual with great customer service skills. Experience in the aged care industry is desirable.
- This position isn't a nursing position however may suit someone with a nursing background or carer background who has experience in aged care or is looking get into the aged care industry
- A relevant qualification preferred Well-developed interpersonal and negotiating skills
- The ability to be able to liaise with and promote our services to external providers
- Experience in working with and adhering to budgets and explaining these to the consumer
- Excellent time management skills Customer service/ phone experience
- Be fluent in English and Mandarin. Preferable Cantonese as well.
