Customer Service and Office Assistant
Job Description
Working with the Commercial Manager, you will be providing customer service and administration support to a busy office. Your role will include answering incoming calls, processing sales orders, working with the warehouse staff, assisting warehouse staff when needed with orders, liaising with sales team, data entry and much more.
Job Requirement
You will have experience working in a freight or logistics company, with a passion for people and the ability to perform adhoc administration duties. If you have a forklift ticket it would be highly regarded, but if not the client is happy to train. A certificate in Business would be highly advantageous in this role.
