Job Description
- Delivering IT services to meet customer requirements whilst making every effort to exceed customer expectations
- Providing hands-on assistance, troubleshooting and provisioning of technology solutions to customers
- Maintaining clear and concise communications and records to support service delivery
- Flexibility in working hours to support business customers and participation in a shift roster when required.
Job Requirement
- Exposure to the following technologies -
Windows 7 and 10 Operating Environments;
Office 365;
SharePoint;
Active Directory;
VDI environments;
Android and Apple devices - Tertiary Qualifications in Information Technology or related field
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated customer service skills and a 'can do' approach
- Mentoring and training of colleagues and customers
- Basic understanding of the ITIL Service Delivery framework
- Strong time management and an ability to prioritise workload
- Must be able to work autonomously
