Finance & Admin Manager
Job Description
Managing the Finance & Admin team you will be hands on in managing all financial processes including month and year end, taxation, banking, payroll and daily transactions. You will lead the finance and administration team, ensuring workload is evenly distributed, expectations are communicated clearly and will train and develop staff as needs arise
Job Requirement
You will be an experienced Finance & Admin Manager with proven leadership skills.
You will need to be organised, focused and hands on, willing to pitch in with the team during busy periods.
You will take ownership of the finance function and will be instrumental in driving process improvement and efficiency.
This role requires a confident personality, an ability to lead and manage staff and the ability to communicate clearly with all departments.
