Job Description
- Development and design of our website to ensure it is maximising the digital strategy and traffic.
- Front-end CX management and back-end UX infrastructure development and optimisation
- Development and execution of the global digital marketing strategy and digital calendar including SEO, SEM, Digital Performance Advertising and Social & EDM.
- Agency selection, setting and managing standards & budgets with digital agencies ensuring that we are getting the most out of our partnerships.
- Forecasting & analysis, reporting on spend effectiveness and ensuring continuous improvement and optimization
- Growth, management and ongoing engagement of the Lovisa database including the EDM marketing strategy
- Performance of email marketing, setting benchmarks & reporting on opportunities and insights
- Customer Analysis – identifying trends, insights and behaviours
- Delivering the strategy for customer acquisition, retention and loyalty across all markets
- Working in collaboration with the Digital Trade Manager to ensure we are optimising our digital channels to support sales targets
