Growth Intern - Data Analytics

1. Helping with the preparation, overview, and analysis of marketing campaigns
2. Perform data analysis to help understand the client and prospect trends
3. Identification and qualification of leads from campaigns
4. Reach out to identified prospects and open discussions
5. Drive qualified leads to book meetings with the necessary representatives from Mindhive
6. Proactively use our CRM to document all activities
7. Assisting with administrative duties
8. Assisting with designing of business collateral

Day to day activities include:

1. Create and maintain up-to-date contacts data in ​Hubspot CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to build stronger connections with managed customers and partners
2. Collaborate with growth and product team to drive progress on CRM data cleanliness
3. Use data sources like LinkedIn and others to find contacts and ensure details are accurate and up to date
4. Create progress reports on a regular basis
5. Train users on data cleanliness and sharing best practices
