Job Description
Roles and responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting & bug fixing
- Handling ad-hoc IT support requests as required
- Maintain internet infrastructure and phone system across 5 states
- IT equipment (PC, License, Fax machine, Photocopiers etc.) management
- IT security (password, firewall, access, backup, network, file storage) management
- Use Photoshop and Acrobat to generate required files and pictures
- Any other job as advised by manager
Job Requirement
- Tertiary qualifications in IT or a related discipline.
- Experience in working in a fast paced and complex environment.
- Drive and ambition to improve quality services.
- Ability to deal with different personalities.
- A self-starter with a thirst for knowledge.
- Excellent time management, organization and prioritization skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Chinese(Mandarin) speaking is a big plus.
