IT Service Management Consultant - Cloud Automation
Job Description
In this role you will be representing our client in all things IT Service Management. You will be delivering consultancy solutions to enterprise organisations, contributing to change and adoption activities, influencing stakeholders and executives, managing delivery risk, managing project scope, delivery schedules, and issue resolution in highly complex, high intensity and fast paced environments.
Job Requirement
- MUST HAVE 10+ years experience in a purely IT Service Management role
- Strong understanding of modern technology fields such as Azure; DevOps; and Cyber Security
- Strong exposure and experience with Microsoft technologies
- Demonstrable experience digital transformation projects
- Experience working with Global IT service providers and "Big 5" consultancies (preferred)
- Highly experienced with cloud migration and SaaS, PaaS, IaaS
- MUST HAVE Certification in ITIL v2 Service Manager or ITIL v3/4 or ITIL v3/4 Foundations with several years delivery experience
- You will be a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner
- SCRUM, Agile, SAFe, Lean IT experience and training
- Understanding of Six Sigma methodology
- Good knowledge of IT standards like BS15000 and ISO20000
- Excellent communication and standard consulting skills to the highest level
