IT Support Analyst

• Customer focussed IT support experience to make the task your own project and ensure resolution to all customer technology issues and requests
• Document creation, management and maintenance
• Administration of permissions and accounts
• Service Provisioning
• Hardware dispatch
• Stock/Inventory Management (including monitoring levels and ordering)
• Participate in the On-Call support rotation
