IT Support Officer (IT Graduate or Undergraduate)
Job Description
- Setup new / existing workstations and computer peripherals at desks
- Log support queries coming in via instant message, email and phone to our helpdesk system
- Perform PC migrations and refreshes following documented procedures
- Maintain a detailed asset register and track software purchases
- Deploy software and ensure patching is kept at the latest possible versions
- Escalate ongoing issues to IT Manager/ Network Administrator

The successful candidate will be able to effectively multi-task and be exceptionally well organised. You have the ability to effectively communicate, prioritise your workload and coordinate tasks to meet deadlines in a professional and positive manner.
- Recent IT Graduate (or currently completing studies)
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of initiative
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Current valid driver’s license
