Job Description

  • Creation and upkeep of knowledge based articles
  • Providing Phone and On-Site support to clients in South East Queensland
  • Perform software installation and maintenance
  • Reporting faults and maintaining logs on servers, desktops and laptops
  • Monitoring our internal and external server/network environment
  • Monitoring and regular testing of backups
  • User creation and maintenance across our infrastructure
  • Pre-Sales Support and following up sales opportunities

  • Strong interest and knowledge in Information Technologies

  • Experience in Group Policy, AD, DHCP, VPN, Networking
  • Cloud technologies experience
  • Microsoft 365 experience
  • Permitted to work permanently with no restriction on hours (e.g. citizen, permanent resident) (Required)
