Marketing & Relationships Officer - Graduate Position
Job Description
Our marketing team currently has a vacancy for a marketing graduate to be based in our Brisbane office. The successful applicant will be crucial in helping the team in achieving the company's objectives and be part of the company's growth.
This role requires an individual who is well organised, has a strong customer focus and is looking for the opportunity to learn, grow and build a career within the company.
A hard worker with a positive attitude and an eye for detail would fit perfectly into the marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager (also located in Brisbane), you will perform tasks for our worldwide marketing activities while also being primarily responsible for our International Educational Program. Our software is used in universities worldwide by students and lecturers in relevant construction courses.
Job Requirement
Responsibilities
- Organise global trade event/conference activities including all elements of planning, implementation, and promotional activity
- Assist the Marketing Manager in helping to organise CPD events with various industry bodies
- Co-ordinate the company's online presence via our social media accounts
- Assist with Google Ads and Google Analytics
- Assist students and lecturers with their day-to-day queries regarding the iTWO costX educational program
- Maintain and manage relationships with existing universities to ensure successful implementation and continued use/promotion of our product each year
Requirements
The ideal candidate would have the following experience and qualities:
- Qualification in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related discipline
- Relevant working experience (internship, part-time or full-time work)
- Excellent English (verbal/ written & listening)
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
- An excellent attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Confident phone manner with excellent communication skills
- Work autonomously and be a self-driven member of our team
- Experience with corporate social media is highly regarded
- Experience with Google Ads is highly regarded
- Experience with Google Analytics and understanding of how to analyse metrics is highly regarded
- Experience with marketing automation platforms is highly regarded
