  • Manage and execute ongoing content development of the social media presence via blogging, Google, and email marketing campaigns
  • Manage and create content across company and project websites, landing pages, and social channels
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to plan, develop, manage and monitor all marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Co-ordinate catalogue and brochure development.
  • Copywriting and proof reading all advertisements and marketing material 
  • Managing social media and digital campaigns 
  • Track, analyse and optimise digital and social media marketing campaigns and landing pages, as well as monitor website traffic to improve presence of companies, sales figures and outcomes 
  • Design of marketing content for campaigns including EDMs, catalogues, e-newsletters across all business units and other marketing material 
  • Ongoing CRM market segmentation and identification development for sales and marketing purposes
  • Daily use of Adobe Creative Suite, In Design, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Support the marketing team to deliver events
  • Organising and communicating marketing activities and plans to internal stakeholders
  • Various other marketing support functions


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
  • Understanding of the fundamental marketing concepts
  • Strong communication and writing skills are an absolute MUST for this position
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills including Email, Word, Powerpoint and Excel
  • Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks at a time
  • Ability to write digital ads and capture our audience’s attention.
  • Ability to manage social media accounts
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms such as Mailchimp
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a small, dynamic, fast-paced entrepreneurial results-driven environment with integrity, reliability and maturity
  • Creative and have a keen eye for detail
  • Strong administration and organisational ability 
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, problem-solving ability, sense of urgency and high attention to detail
  • A natural relationship builder with a passion and competence for marketing and achieving results for the company 
  • Valid and unrestricted Australian Driver’s Licence
  • Full work rights in Australia
