Marketing Graduate

Bennett & Philp Lawyers is looking for a Marketing Graduate to join the team.  Bennett & Philp is a mid-tier commercial law firm located in the Brisbane CBD.

As the marketing graduate, your role will be to work with a small experienced marketing team consisting of a Business Development Manager and a Digital Brand and Marketing Manager to implement key projects and initiatives to achieve the business goals. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply knowledge from your tertiary studies into action by working collaboratively to tackle daily challenges and tasks.

As a graduate you should:

• Have completed an undergraduate degree in the areas of Marketing/Business
• Have an understanding of marketing theory
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail
• Take an organised and planned approach to tasks
• Have strong analytical skills
• Demonstrate intermediate to advanced skills across Microsoft Excel and a graphic design platform
• Demonstrable proficiency or previous experience with graphic design, content creation, video content creation, and management of social media channels will be highly regarded
• Be eager to drive your own development and will take ownership of the role

Other aspects of the role will include:

• Some marketing events management including booking events, researching venues
• Admin tasks, for example, managing and updating CRM contact database and submitting invoices to the Finance department for payment
