Job Description
- Ability to gather user based requirements related to technical issues and capability enhancements.
- Make adjustments or recommend enhancements to systems and processes to solve problems or improve the effectiveness of the end user experience.
- Provide support for collaboration and communications platforms.
- Assist in the design delivery and support of deployment technologies such as Intune and Windows Autopilot.
- Administration of Exchange Online.
- Ability to manage groups, data, and environment policies for Microsoft 365 workloads.
Job Requirement
- Understanding of cloud based technologies such as Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, Exchange online In Tune and ServiceNow.
- Understanding of deployment technologies and standards, including modern deployment such as Windows Autopilot.
- Project roll out experience in end user experience capabilities. Design, implementation and operations in a large, high-performance IT environment.
- Experience in administering an enterprise application whitelisting and other security related solutions.
- Experience communicating with a broad base of end users.
