Job Description
Offering an exceptional payroll service delivery and premium HR support for the business, you'll be responsible for the following duties.
- Full function Payroll for 200+ employees
- Award and EBA interpretation
- STP reporting
- EOM Payroll reporting
- PAYG, Payroll Tax, Super
- System implementation
- Terminations
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Workcover
- Ongoing review of Payroll procedures in line of HR Policies and Company strategies
Job Requirement
- Thorough understanding of relevant Payroll/HR legislation
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Prior experience with HRIS system implementation would be desirable
