About the role...
We are looking for a Reception and Administration Assistant to join our dedicated team based in Everton Hills.
This position is ongoing, part-time working one day per week (7.6 hours) plus every second Saturday.
Job Requirement
Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the Youthrive team.
- Welcoming and interacting with clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answering telephones and handling general enquiries.
- Booking appointments and providing relevant procedural information.
- Collecting and triaging information to ensure clients see correct clinicians.
- Creating client files electronically and manually entering client details.
- Billing and receipting individuals, Medicare, DSS, NDIS and other third parties.
- Ordering and registering resources for clients
