- Completion of advertising and managing volume responses
- Telephone and video screening of potential applicants
- Active involvement in an improved candidate attraction plan
- Completion of candidate registration and reference checking
- Onboarding documents
- Database management
Job Requirement
- Previous experience in a high volume call centre,or Sales Recruitment, highly regarded
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Strong administrative skills
- Drive to learn, develop and achieve!
- Ability to be hands on, teamwork is essential!
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive and positive attitude
