Senior IT Support Analyst
Job Description
Working with the IT Team in our Sydney Office, we are currently looking for an ambitious IT Support Analyst who can supervise a small team who provide the following support:
- Frontline support
- Backline support
- Hardware and Software installations and support
- Networking as well as server support
- Virtualization
- Application Support

Job Requirement
- A+ and N+
- CCNA
- MCSE preferred
- Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016 and extensive knowledge key
- Cisco, HP and Aurba networking knowledge key
- TCP/IP
- Working knowledge of MPLS protocols and design
- Microsoft Office 365 basic knowledge
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
- Previous supervisory experience
- Enjoy mentoring junior colleagues
- Dependable
- Ability to multi-task
- Hardware knowledge
- Intermediate networking skills
