  • You will lead and manage 20 developers, work closely with Team Leads, build on the foundations to grow the team-focused evolution of this company's product/s vision.
  • You will recruit, hire and train team members, building a sense of belonging and psychological safety. Growing each member from a place of empathy and good intentions.
  • You will work with other product and engineering leaders to create new and existing product success metrics and drive towards them.
  • You will be responsible for people management, performance metric setting and execution as well as building in and creating any new & mature processes that great software teams embody.


  • Successfully Managed a team of 20 or more engineers
  • Managed other managers or responsible for the work of teams not reporting up to you
  • 4+ years of software engineering management experience
  • Led projects with multiple stakeholders and helped drive towards clarity and decision velocity
  • Track record of hiring, retaining and growing junior -to- senior engineering talent
  • Track record of delivering new products and iterating on them over time
