Job Description
- The operational effectiveness and efficiency of SCA’s Citrix infrastructure and systems
- Software and hardware upgrades, patches, reconfigurations, and/or purchases
- Server and security audits, system backup procedures and other recovery processes in accordance with the company’s disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
- Create and maintain documentation as it relates to asset management, system inventory, configuration, processes, and service records.
- Problems and incidents as escalated to the Infrastructure team.
Job Requirement
- Citrix Certified Associate Certification.
- 5 years experience supporting Citrix XenApp 7.x and XenDesktop in an enterprise environment.
- 5 years experience supporting Citrix Provisioning services, Storefront, Director, Profile Management and Netscaler highly regarded
- Powershell Skills
- Recent hands-on experience with Microsoft Enterprise technologies
- Working knowledge of network protocols and standards
