Some Services are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Subscription details, including pricing and billing frequency, will be presented to you at the time of purchase.
Certain AI-powered features operate on a credit or usage-based system. Credits are non-transferable and may expire as specified at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify credit pricing and allocation with reasonable notice to users.
Refund policies vary by service type. Please refer to our Cancellation and Refund Policy for detailed information. Australian consumers retain all rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including statutory guarantees that cannot be excluded.
Our Services may allow you to submit, post, upload, or share content including text, images, code, forum posts, course reviews, and resume data ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant JR Academy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.

When you submit content for AI processing (e.g., exam questions via screenshot, job descriptions, or text queries), you represent that you have the right to submit such content and that your use does not infringe any third-party rights. We process this content solely to provide the requested AI analysis and do not claim ownership of your submitted content.
All content, materials, software, designs, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property associated with the Services ("JR Academy IP") are owned by or licensed to JR Academy and are protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws, including the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth), the Trade Marks Act 1995 (Cth), and applicable international treaties.
Our course curricula, training methodologies, and educational content are registered intellectual property. All rights are expressly reserved. Unauthorised use constitutes infringement and will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.

For significant changes that materially affect your rights, we will endeavour to provide at least 30 days' notice via email or through the Services. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of written notice, either party may submit the dispute to mediation administered by the Australian Disputes Centre (ADC). If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
If you access the Services from outside Australia, you are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction that cannot be waived by contract. For users in the European Union, you may also be entitled to submit disputes to the Online Dispute Resolution platform provided by the European Commission.
