Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Applicability

This Cancellation & Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to the following purchases: purchases made by students for JR Academy courses. It encompasses all transactions related to the acquisition of our course products. The policy is designed to govern and guide the refund process for students who have enrolled in our boot camp programs.

2. General

We offer refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and on the terms set out in this Policy. Any benefits set out in this Policy may apply in addition to consumer's rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Before making a purchase, please read this Policy so that you can understand your rights and what you can expect from us if you are not satisfied with your order.

3. Australian Consumer Law

Under the Australian Consumer Law:

1. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
2. If there is a major failure, you are entitled to cancel the purchase, get a refund, and receive compensation for any damage or loss.
3. If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to a re-supply of goods or a refund.

We offer refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, and the Consumer Guarantees provided by it cannot be avoided.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Refundable Scenarios:

1. Cooling-off Period: Students who have registered but not activated course access are entitled to a two-month cooling-off period.
2. Course Delay: Refund requests can be submitted within the initial two months of enrollment if the course commencement is delayed due to reasons attributable to JR.
3. First Three Days Withdrawals Policy: 100% refund if requested within the first three days after completing the first class. No refunds beyond this timeframe or once attending more than two
4. Transfers to Other Bootcamp Policy: Feel free to request a batch change through your Sales Advisor before the workshop starts at no extra cost. We'll gladly reschedule your batch to a more convenient date. If there's a price difference, settle the outstanding balance. This applies if you haven't activated course access before the course begins, allowing you to switch bootcamps without extra charges.

Non-Refundable Scenarios:

1. Activated Course Access: Refunds will not be issued once course access is activated.
2. Promotional Activities: Refunds are not applicable for any promotional or discounted purchases.
3. Course Material Usage: Students accessing course materials, including downloading resources, and initiating learning activities, are not eligible for a refund.

5. Response Time

We aim to process any requests for refunds within 7 days of receipt.
