After 10+ years of working for a large multinational recruitment corporation, we saw many opportunities for improvement that we were unable to act upon at the time. After much thought, we started Edison Talent to build relations the way we wanted to, without the hustle. Fast forward to today and Edison Talent has built long-standing relations with many national and international brands and some of the world’s best talent. And with our longevity, we’ve learned that staffing is not a numbers game — it’s a relationship-building business. That’s why we put an emphasis on listening, guiding and matching.
