Job Description

  • This role is based in a data centre > more on remote support and onsite if absolutely urgent.
  • Hardware support and devices (purely hands and eyes support NOT technical or actual fix).
  • Office/Window/Infra Devices/Network support = 1st Role is autonomous > need to be proactive and look for work to do, proactive.
  • Working autonomously and independent

Job Requirement

  • 2 or more years of hardware support experience - Datacentre experience is a must
  • Experience working with the company's hardware, software and equipment products
  • Experience working with customer technology and support requirements
  • Experience working with process and/or system design concepts
  • Experience working with appropriate programming languages, operating systems and software
  • Experience working with engineering principles and practices
