Field Tech Support - Data Center
- This role is based in a data centre > more on remote support and onsite if absolutely urgent.
- Hardware support and devices (purely hands and eyes support NOT technical or actual fix).
- Office/Window/Infra Devices/Network support = 1st Role is autonomous > need to be proactive and look for work to do, proactive.
- Working autonomously and independent
- 2 or more years of hardware support experience - Datacentre experience is a must
- Experience working with the company's hardware, software and equipment products
- Experience working with customer technology and support requirements
- Experience working with process and/or system design concepts
- Experience working with appropriate programming languages, operating systems and software
- Experience working with engineering principles and practices
