ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Level 1 Service Centre Analyst to join our Managed Services (MS) practice in Melbourne. You will be responsible for providing quality Level 1 technical support across all MS accounts. You will also be responsible for the life cycle of all service tickets/incidents, as well as providing first-level triage and problem resolution within agreed target timeframes.  

 

Other key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Complete initial categorisation, type and prioritisation of service requests ensuring enough detail within the ticket is provided.

  • Execute Tactical Incident Management to coordinate the timely resolution of Major Incidents (Severity 1s) including the communication of developments to internal and customer stakeholders.

  • Perform and complete ad hoc operational duties as requested by the Service Manager.

ABOUT YOU

You will;

  • Have a minimum of 1 year experience in providing IT support in a similar Service Desk environment;

  • Possess excellent communication skills and will have working knowledge/experience in end user and infrastructure support;

  • Have a proven track record of working in an IT professional services organisation or internal IT team servicing an organisation’s internal clients

The Role

As a pivotal member of your new team, you"ll be responsible for Candidate management and support through their recruitment process, in interviewing with our Clients. This will include (but not be limited to) the following:

  • Organising interviews with Candidates both internal with JR Talent and external with our Clients

  • Running a full interview process internally with respective Candidates and completing all relevant Reference checks

  • Daily phone conversations with prospective Candidates about their job search thus far

  • Coaching those Candidates through the interview process

  • Consulting with Candidates around market trends

  • This role requires a high volume of phone activity with prospective Candidates

 

Your skills
