Managing the communication between internal teams to develop and implement strategies that align with the project brief and fulfil client requirements.
Planning and maintaining project schedules and keeping all stakeholders informed of critical milestones and stages.
Management of large-scale budgets and reports.
Overseeing your direct account service team members, to ensure your client(s) are well serviced and the workflow is at maximum efficiency.
Pitching and presenting to both existing and potential clients.
