Job Description
- Immerse yourself in learning about the agency and the key client you will be partnering with.
- Working closely with and reporting to the Chief Executive to develop the strategic direction, planning, management and creation of multiple elements of this client’s projects/campaign.
- Liaising with key stakeholders at a senior level on a day-to-day basis, providing guidance on project requirements, timings and mitigating any project challenges.
- Prepare long and short-term goals and account objectives.
- Managing the communication between internal teams to develop and implement strategies that align with the project brief and fulfil client requirements.
- Planning and maintaining project schedules and keeping all stakeholders informed of critical milestones and stages.
- Management of large-scale budgets and reports.
- Overseeing your direct account service team members, to ensure your client(s) are well serviced and the workflow is at maximum efficiency.
- Pitching and presenting to both existing and potential clients.
Job Requirement
- Essentially you will have 8 years minimum experience in a similar role within a creative agency environment.
- Tertiary qualifications relevant to the needs of the role will be considered an advantage.
- Proven experience in key stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to think on your feet and provide effective solutions.
- Extensive experience and confidence in guiding and implementing campaigns across digital platforms is a must.
- Strong attention to detail and highly developed organisational skills.
- Experience leading and working with cross-functional teams.
- Respectful, focused, ambitious professional who has a vibrant spark and willingness to openly contribute to an upbeat company culture.
- Genuine passion to work as part of a high performance team.

- Knowledge of current trends and emerging technologies.
