Job Description

  • Create commercial business cases and project documentation including identifying overarching business needs, requirements specifications, user stories, success metrics and wireframes.
  • Undertake cross team collaboration to ensure that all commercial initiatives are prioritised effectively, and delivered within agreed timeframes with agreed scope.
  • Investigate new opportunities, potential innovations and improvements that are aligned with consumer, brand and organisational objectives.
  • Assist with creating dashboards and conducting analysis on website performance for key stakeholders
  • Working with the digital team to drive the delivery of commercial and conversion rate optimisation initiatives 
  • Lead workshops and meetings with other performance-oriented stakeholders to identify new opportunities

Job Requirement

  • 3+ years business analysis experience in a technology environment
  • Bachelor Degree OR specific training and experience in the field
  • Previous experience in analysis of digital, customer facing projects and technologies including interpreting business needs and specifying appropriate solutions
  • Understanding of agile project management methodologies and software development lifecycles
  • Strong problem solving and data analysis skills
  • Demonstrated planning, prioritisation and organisation skills
  • Proven ability to communicate cross-functionally to technical and non-technical people
  • Experience with typical business analyst software tools e.g. Jira, Google Analytics, Slack, Figma, etc and working knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools e.g. Tableau and Data Studio
  • Working (and thriving) in a commercially focused and fast paced environment

  • Previous experience in a Fintech or financial services related environment.
