Job Description

We are looking for a Client Services Assistant to support the Client Services Manager on a Part-time basis with:

  • Scanning;
  • Filing;
  • Taking incoming phone calls;
  • Printing & binding;
  • Relief of reception duties as required;
  • Liaising with the ATO and ASIC on various matters;
  • ABN/TFN/GST/PAYG applications;
  • Assistance with adherence to lodgement program to help firm meet benchmarks;
  • Maintenance of client information on in house database, ASIC,  ATO and ABR;
  • Assistance with SMSF administration;
  • Assistance with ASIC administration;
  • New entity set ups and execution documentation;
  • Assistance with sending documents to clients for signatures using digital platforms.

Job Requirement

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular, Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience in a similar role, or a recent graduate or final year Accounting student with some internship experience.
