Our business decision making at ABC is enabled by our data. The Audience Data & Insights team is a centre of excellence for analytics and data science, which supports the business in analysing key initiatives and embedding new advanced modelling into the business. We are looking for a strong Data Analyst to join our team and help own a range of projects in our audience division.
The role is hands on, investigating new data sources, analysing data to generate insights and recommendations, and communicating findings. You will be an expert in use of the team’s analytics tools and work closely with the stakeholders to understand the questions and hypotheses which need to be explored.
To be successful in this role you will have extensive experience with data analytics and research, ideally in a large media environment. you will also have;
- Strong experience in creating and maintaining insightful and story-telling dashboards using Power-BI at its best and beyond.
- Deep analytics experience and ability to interpret data and utilize data to support decision making.
- Ability to construct complex queries and manage large data sets and knowledge of and ability to use SQL with advanced queries.
- While specific media experience is desirable a passion for consumer-oriented businesses and how they ‘work’ is essential.
