Job Description

  • Providing an exceptional level of customer service as well as provide maintenance; administration;
  • troubleshooting and diagnosis of customer networks,  hardware; software or system issues
  • liaise with other engineers, carriers, customer service officers and customers in particular.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum 3 years previous industry experience in field technical services.
  • Relevant IT qualifications gained via university, TAFE, Microsoft
  • LAN/WAN connectivity trouble shooting
  • Incident/problem identification and resolution
  • Technical and user documentation skills
  • Desktop and standard operations (Windows 10)
  • Wireless connectivity
  • Good interpersonal communication skills both verbal and written
