HR Business Partner
Job Description
An exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to lead and drive human resources strategies, initiatives and operations within an industry leading organisation. In this 12 month role, you will work with the broader Linfox HR team to drive continuous improvement, striving to identify ways to maintain and enhance a high-performance work environment where our employees can perform at their best. Key Areas:
- Provide strategic advice to the executive and senior leaders of your client group to drive organisational initiatives and change.
- Support the implementation of the HR plan to drive improved performance within the business units.
- Ensure talent management activities are in place for succession, retention, talent and career development
- Support and coach managers to develop their people leadership capability.
- Provide day-to-day guidance across a range of human resources areas
- Manage complaints and investigations ensuring matters are dealt with in a fair and timely manner
Job Requirement
With your ability to build collaborative relationships, you will partner with business units to identify and implement strategies to improve performance in key areas such as talent management, organisational health, engagement, employee development, remuneration and benefits, organisational design, diversity, HR policies and procedures. You can demonstrate:
- HR generalist experience within an operational environment, underpinned by a practical, no-nonsense approach and a genuine interest in understanding the business and the key levers of performance
- Partnering with people leaders to deliver significant business unit change which extends to restructuring and alignment of the business unit workforce to a new strategic direction
- Highly developed problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to apply pragmatic solutions in an ever-changing environment
- Stakeholder engagement capabilities to build productive working relationships, influence, challenge and push back
- A strong track record of delivering against consistently against tight deadlines
- Ability to demonstrate resilience, fortitude and courage when faced with significant resistance to change, underpinned by an optimistic ‘make it happen’ demeanour
- Ability to use operational, financial, people, and industry information to identify trends, potential impacts and make recommendations
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, business or a related discipline
