What You Will Be Doing
Be part of the team that is responsible for the delivery of reliable and secure ICT infrastructure in a heath care environment.
In this position, you will provide general administration support, billing/accounts payable processing, IT procurement services, vendor contract administration activities, generate reports and data, maintain a variety of registers, assist in the coordination and completion of audits and assessments, maintain and update documentation and provide asset management capability.
We anticipate you will have:
• Strong administrative skills
• Proven ability to manage and prioritise workload and time effectively to meet deadlines and commitments
• Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Email, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Strong data entry and reporting skills
