Job Description

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, and printers
  • Monitoring and maintaining customer computer systems and networks
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Providing technical support to all customers
  • Setting up accounts for new users
  • Install, configure, and upgrade PC software
  • Troubleshoot new and critical technical issues as they arise
  • Ensure effective, regular and timely communication is provided to all stakeholders

Job Requirement

  • Experience supporting Windows environments
  • Ability to deploy, configure, and support operating systems on desktop and mobile
  • General awareness of computer systems, PC repair, and network management
  • Understanding and appreciation for information security within systems and user devices
  • At least 2 years’ experience working in a busy help desk environment
  • Willingness to learn Linux sysadmin skills (existing Linux sysadmin skills a big plus)
