Job Description

  • A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced IT Support Technician or ambitious recent graduate to join our Finance and Technology team and support our growing business across a number of key areas including IT Infrastructure (on-prem and cloud), telephone, remote, and onsite technical support. The role also offers an opportunity to be part of innovative practice and will have exposure to new systems and ongoing training.


    There will be some regional travel involved to support our regional staff.


    This is an excellent opportunity for a Level 1-2 IT Support professional seeking a great challenge or an enthusiastic IT graduate looking to build their career.


    The role is currently available as a “work from home” pending COVID restrictions.

Job Requirement

  • Demonstrated experience or knowledge across Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, Windows 10, LAN, WAN and server environments;
  • Demonstrate experience or knowledge across IOS devices, including phones ad IPADS;
  • Previous experience working in a IT Help desk environment providing direct support to users in a commercial environment;
  • Trained and/experience in DELL hardware devices, including printers and WI-FI configuration;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
