- Preparation of accurate and supported month end journals
- Prepare and complete monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliations for key GL accounts
- Month end and quarterly reporting
- Prepare accurate monthly and ad-hoc invoices
- Bank account and credit card reconciliations
- AP & AR including follow up on overdue payments.
- Process of customer refunds
- Be an integral part of internal control procedures.
- Completion or near completion of a tertiary accounting qualification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - strong customer service skills to liaise with customers
- Excellent time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Experience in MS Office
- Experience in MYOB will be an advantage
- Strong work ethic and pro-active attitude
