Junior Technician/Customer Support
Job Description

Providing outstanding after-sales service, troubleshooting to customers and resellers; Providing excellent customer service to all customers and maintaining adequate call times.

Reviewing and assisting with company's ISO certifications and other related documents.

Resolving customer support calls and email related issues and providing proper solutions to customer concerns.

Ensure efficient, accurate and timely calibration and warranty service.

Product quality control and repair.

Other miscellaneous request and reasonable duties as directed by the company.

Attending and Assisting in planning company events, meetings, luncheons, and employee team building activities or special projects.

Assist others needing help within and as per your capacity to provide appropriate assistance
