工作内容

  • Providing outstanding after-sales service, troubleshooting to customers and resellers; Providing excellent customer service to all customers and maintaining adequate call times.

  • Reviewing and assisting with company's ISO certifications and other related documents.

  • Resolving customer support calls and email related issues and providing proper solutions to customer concerns.

  • Ensure efficient, accurate and timely calibration and warranty service.

  • Product quality control and repair.

  • Other miscellaneous request and reasonable duties as directed by the company.

  • Attending and Assisting in planning company events, meetings, luncheons, and employee team building activities or special projects.

  • Assist others needing help within and as per your capacity to provide appropriate assistance

  • Technical background

  • Ability to learn quickly

  • Experience in customer service role is a bonus

  • Experience in calibration preferred but not essential
