Job Description
- Sending marketing emails (EDM’s) and marketing material out to clients and candidates through a web-based automation tool.
- Management and maintenance of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) automation process.
- Maintenance of and cleaning up database/data entry.
- Webinar and conference organisation as required.
- Creation and editing of Social Media image posts and video post and Social Media Management (This is a large part of this role).
- Digital marketing strategic input, creation, and implementation.
- Assisting each team member with administrative tasks and some personal assistant duties for the MD with other ad hoc functions to keep life interesting!
- Generate monthly performance and revenue reports.
- Reception duties, such as answering the phone, taking messages, liaising with clients and candidates, meeting and greeting candidates and setting them up for interviews, keeping the office running smoothly, managing all office-related functions.
- Liaising with external suppliers, receiving quotes for services, negotiating prices.
- Ordering stationery and general shopping for office necessities.
- Other marketing and office management duties as required.
Job Requirement
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role, supporting a team in all aspects of office-related responsibilities.
- Social Media knowledge, specifically experience in posting relevant marketing materials to promote a business, including technical knowledge in relation to video editing and posting.
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, basic knowledge in Adobe, graphics packages, etc., proficient and accurate typing and data entry skills, with strong spelling/grammar and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- The ability to learn new technology and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to articulate how you have made improvements in relation to managing an office and why a role like this gives you job satisfaction.
