Develop a People and Culture firm strategy and executing operationally
Mentor a team and inexperienced leaders
Formulate, manage and communicate HR policies and procedures
Manage the recruitment process end to end
Provide counselling support for employees in respect of performance, behaviour, absenteeism and adherence to conditions of employment
Coach Managers and Directors as required to develop their skills in performance management and motivating teams
Manage complex industrial relations matters
Manage training and development activities and identify training requirements (technical and non-technical)
Ensuring Workplace Health and Safety issues are managed in accordance with legislative requirements and Investigate the causes of accidents on site and recommend actions to prevent future occurrences
Monthly reporting to the Executive

Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or relevant discipline
5+ years proven experience in a similar generalist role, ideally in a professional services firm
Advanced understanding of contemporary human resources and employment relations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience developing and delivering both technical and soft skills training
Proven networking skills
Ability to travel interstate to our visit southern offices and a hold valid driver’s license
