工作内容

  • Develop a People and Culture firm strategy and executing operationally
  • Mentor a team and inexperienced leaders  
  • Formulate, manage and communicate HR policies and procedures
  • Manage the recruitment process end to end
  • Provide counselling support for employees in respect of performance, behaviour, absenteeism and adherence to conditions of employment
  • Coach Managers and Directors as required to develop their skills in performance management and motivating teams
  • Manage complex industrial relations matters
  • Manage training and development activities and identify training requirements (technical and non-technical)
  • Ensuring Workplace Health and Safety issues are managed in accordance with legislative requirements and Investigate the causes of accidents on site and recommend actions to prevent future occurrences
  • Monthly reporting to the Executive

工作要求

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or relevant discipline
  • 5+ years proven experience in a similar generalist role, ideally in a professional services firm
  • Advanced understanding of contemporary human resources and employment relations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience developing and delivering both technical and soft skills training
  • Proven networking skills
  • Ability to travel interstate to our visit southern offices and a hold valid driver’s license
