Job Description

  • Engagement with leaders to set and refresh thestrategic imperatives; 
  • Coordinate corporate alignment planning process (CAP);
  • Identify strategic opportunities that deliver long-termvalue for the business;
  • Validate the strategic direction and identify the keypriorities for 1 year, 2 year and 5 year horizons;
  • Support the development of business plans;
  • Coordinate with Finance to obtain data and determine financial targets;
  • Ensure Analysis and Planning objectives are achievedwithin budget; and
  • Prepare and facilitate development of businessperformance reports and KPIs.

Job Requirement

  • High level of emotional intelligence, with the ability to demonstrate a high level of autonomy in complex decision making and responsiveness;
  • Proven ability to persuade and influence leaders through informal methods;
  • Ability to cope with multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment;
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to translate data to a broad stakeholder group;
  • Ability to coordinate and manage data from multiple sources;
  • Ability to apply integrative thinking to develop strategic advice, deliver briefings on complex issues and be alert to risks and opportunities; and
  • Proven ability to build, grow and manage relationships with a variety of stakeholders
