Understand, influence and deliver key priorities

Lead and support a team of software developers using agile methodology

Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure integrations meet business requirements

Provide accurate estimates on development tasks and proactively communicate potential delays

Ensure peer based code reviews are always completed

Lead production deployments and ensure compliance with ISO27001
Job Requirement
-
Minimum of 7 years commercial experience as a software developer
-
Previous technical and people leadership experience, preferably in an Agile Scrum / Kanban methodology

Production experience with object-oriented PHP and, in particular, Laravel
-
Proficient with web fundamentals such as HTML, JavaScript and CSS/CSS pre-processors
-
Proficient with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, ES 6-7 and associated build chain (Webpack, Gulp, etc.)
-
Experience with Front-end (CSS) frameworks like Bootstrap, Foundation, or Tailwind
