Youi is looking for an energetic .Net developer to join our team on the beautiful sunshine coast. You will be part of our Communications Core Team who are modernising and consolidating all our customer communications onto a set of cloud-based APIs. In addition, you will have BAU responsibilities and be hands-on ensuring that this crucial aspect of our busines functions optimally.

This role requires a Developer who possesses both a passion for Agile software development and proven expertise working within collaborative and high performing teams. We’d love someone who is not afraid to dive into a problem to find the root cause, is pragmatic and delivery focussed. We’re after someone who will argue like they're right and listen like they're wrong, all while striving for the best possible business outcome.

What You’ll Do:

  • You'll be part of a great team of people with a clear goal
  • You’ll work in an Agile, collaborative environment to build, deploy, configure and maintain systems.
  • You’ll collaborate to enable an environment that sustains high productivity levels and emphasises quality.
  • You’ll automate and optimise processes.
  • You’ll troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test and production instances.

  • C# / .Net / .Net Core - experience in .NET Core (with NServiceBus and RabbitMQ would be good to have).
  • You are big on test automation and continuous delivery.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in software engineering, computer science or equivalent.

Other things you should bring to the table:

  • Passion for solving complex problems - We are lucky to be in the world where we get an opportunity to find the answer to quite a few complex issues.
  • Teamwork - teamwork would play a key role since we work with multiple stakeholders and teams across the business.

Listening to how you use - or don’t use - your car. To what matters to you about your home, caravan and trailer. To how you run your business, or ride your motorcycle. Because by listening, and not making assumptions, we get to know you. And the better we know you, the more likely you are to save money by tailoring your premium, your way.
