Support Engineer | 100% remote
Support a large scale platform in a team of support engineers via live chat and support tickets. This role will allow you to have the flexibility to work your own (full time) hours to work around your routine. Because team bonding is important, you'll get together a few times each year in different overseas locations (but it's all virtual for now).
- HTML & CSS experience
- Excellent written communication
- Experience building ecommerce websites with WordPress & WooCommerce
- You enjoy client facing work & problem solving
