Systems Administrator - Industry Superannuation

• Assisting the coordination of effective resolution of server, network, workstation or end-user operational problems
• Supporting the maintenance of infrastructure required to ensure the security and integrity of Vision Super’s information systems, including firewalls
• Monitoring the operational performance of all information systems to provide efficient, robust and secure IT services, including patching of servers and workstations
• Working with leading cyber security and threat tools 
• Working with the Active Directory and Office 365 as well as assisting setting up PCs
• Contributing to projects in line with strategic and business unit goals.

• You have a tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline and/ or Industry certification
• You have one to two years’ industry experience in an IT support/systems role, including exposure to working with and supporting VMWare and Microsoft technologies
• You have a sound understanding of all aspects of network infrastructure, including firewalls
• You have a demonstrated ability to provide effective support and coaching for end users
• You’re diligent and ethical
• You have good analytical and problem-solving skills across a range of technical issues
• You work well with others
• You’re proactive and flexible
• You’re able to work under pressure and meet conflicting deadlines
• Relevant IT certifications, VMWare and ITIL Foundations highly regarded
