Job Description
- Co-ordinating the collation of reports, submissions and other documentation, including typing, photocopying, filing and the distribution of contracts
- Assisting in marketing campaign procedures, including the production of marketing materials, listings on REA, preparing sales reports, and communicating with advertising agencies
- Co-ordinating client meetings, the taking and distribution of meeting minutes
- Invoicing and debtor management including preparation, issuing and following up invoices
- CRM database management
- Contract administration
Job Requirement
- Previous experience working in an administration role within the residential real estate industry
- High attention to detail to ensure production of consistent, quality reports, submissions and brochures
- Professional and friendly telephone manner
- The ability to work with minimal supervision
- Intermediate to Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as experience using Adobe InDesign
- The ability to build relationships at all levels of the business
