Job Description

  • Co-ordinating the collation of reports, submissions and other documentation, including typing, photocopying, filing and the distribution of contracts
  • Assisting in marketing campaign procedures, including the production of marketing materials, listings on REA, preparing sales reports, and communicating with advertising agencies
  • Co-ordinating client meetings, the taking and distribution of meeting minutes
  • Invoicing and debtor management including preparation, issuing and following up invoices
  • CRM database management
  • Contract administration

Job Requirement

  • Previous experience working in an administration role within the residential real estate industry
  • High attention to detail to ensure production of consistent, quality reports, submissions and brochures
  • Professional and friendly telephone manner
  • The ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Intermediate to Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as experience using Adobe InDesign
  • The ability to build relationships at all levels of the business
