Common Mistakes

Wrong

Only teaches tool operation buttons, not how to integrate into actual workflow

Right

The core of the training is "How AI can change your daily work" - using students' own work scenarios as demonstrations rather than general tutorials

Wrong

Ignore the psychological state of employees and use administrative orders to push AI tools

Right

Employees’ fears are real – “Will AI replace me?” and need to be seriously addressed, not avoided. Psychological counseling first, then skill training

Wrong

Think this is a purely technical position, focusing only on tool functions

Right

More than 50% of the job in this role is "dealing with people" - listening to anxiety, building trust, and stimulating motivation. Technology is just a means.

Wrong

One-size-fits-all training programs across the company, regardless of department or role

Right

The AI usage scenarios and psychological barriers in sales, finance, engineering, and marketing are completely different—requiring customized training + customized communication strategies

Wrong

Only focus on the number of tool deployments and do not track actual usage effects and employee feelings.

Right

In addition to usage data, employee satisfaction and confidence index should also be tracked - the tool is used but employees are miserable ≠ successfully implemented
