1. 第零阶段：Panel Review 准备（4-6 周）

3. 第二阶段：场景题训练（4-6 周）
PgMP 100% 是场景题 — 给你一个 Program 困境，问 Program Manager 应该怎么做。关键思维：永远从"组织战略对齐"出发做决策，Program Manager 的首要职责是确保 Program 交付战略效益，而不是管进度。
4. 第三阶段：模考冲刺（2-4 周）
至少做 3 套 170 题全真模考。PMI 官方 Practice Exam 质量最高。模考稳定在 70%+ 再去考 — 重考费也是 $800+。

PgMP 的含金量和稀缺性成正比 — 全球不到 4000 人持有。对于 Senior Program Manager 或 PMO Director 级别的岗位，PgMP 是简历上的"核武器"。
适合考的人：已经在管理 3+ 个相互关联项目的 Program Manager，且有明确的战略对齐和效益管理职责。在 Big4 咨询公司或大型 IT 转型项目中的 Program Lead 是典型人选。

Common mistakes
- **用 PMP 思维答 PgMP 题** — PMP 关注项目交付（scope/schedule/cost），PgMP 关注战略效益实现（benefits realization）。同一个问题在两个考试里的正确答案可能完全不同。
- **Panel Review 写得像简历** — PMI 想看的是你如何管理项目间的依赖和整合，不是每个项目的独立成绩。重点是"多个项目怎么协调推动一个战略目标"。
- **忽略治理（Governance）— 21% 权重** — Program Governance 不是"开会"，是建立决策框架、升级路径、变更审批机制。很多人把 Governance 和 Stakeholder Management 搞混。
